To promote the Ed Hardy designer swimwear line created by French designer Christian Audigier, the good people at Ed Hardy Swimwear put together an "only in Miami" fashion fantasy event - "Miami's First Edible Bikini". Done in association with Sushi Samba (one of the hot spots on Miami Beachs trendy Lincoln Road) a savory, two-piece edible replica of Ed Hardys 2010 Trellis suit was unveiled on a basking beauty soaking up the sun. Inspired by the urban streets and influenced by Japan, Brazil and Peru, sweet tropical hues of yellow and pinks were represented by beets, reds with strawberries, dark hues by blueberries and greens by banana leaf accents.
